When you’re ready to book, I send your proposal with your contract, invoice, and a detailed questionnaire. This questionnaire allows me to understand your vision, your planning stage, your needs, and the areas where you feel stuck.
After everything is signed, you’ll receive an email within 48 hours to schedule your call in my calendar. This is when I begin preparing behind the scenes. I spend 2–3 hours getting to know your wedding deeply: researching your venue, reviewing your budget, exploring design ideas, checking trends aligned with your style, and pulling inspiration that reflects your vision.
Twenty-four hours before our call, you’ll receive:
a custom agenda

any pre-call notes I’ve prepared
