I’m Jess, the founder of Truly Fitz, and I bring a calm, organized, and slightly obsessive (in the best way) approach to wedding planning.
My background in religious studies and cultural traditions gives me a unique perspective when it comes to creating meaningful, inclusive celebrations. Combined with years of hands-on experience, I’m able to balance design, logistics, and flow in a way that actually works on the day.
I’m known for my ability to step in, take over, and make sure everything runs exactly as it should. While you’re getting married, I’m the one managing timelines, coordinating vendors, and making sure nothing is missed.
When I’m not planning weddings, I’m usually traveling, spending time with my family, or finding inspiration in the little details that make an experience feel special.
Sofia HK
I’m Sofia, Jess’s assistant and right hand on wedding days, bringing a calm, steady, and quietly efficient approach to every event.
I focus on making sure the details are not just planned, but actually executed, so everything unfolds exactly as it should. While Jess manages the bigger picture and handles anything unexpected, I ensure the day continues to move seamlessly behind the scenes.
I’m known for my ability to take direction quickly and run with it. Jess and I have an intuitive way of working together, often needing only a look to understand what needs to happen next.
I’ve been part of Truly Fitz from the very beginning and have spent the past year working closely on weddings and events while completing my Bachelor of Science in Biology.
