I step in about 12 weeks before your wedding, right when things start to feel a little chaotic, and take over timelines, vendor communication, and all the logistics that tend to pile up. We make sure everything is aligned, organized, and ready to go long before the day arrives.
On your wedding day, I’m behind the scenes managing setup, coordinating vendors, answering questions, and making sure everything flows exactly as it should. If something needs adjusting, I’ve already handled it.
You get to be fully present, soak it all in, and enjoy your day. I’ve got everything else. Want to go a step further? Add-ons like design boards and end-of-night pack-up are available to customize your experience.
