Truly Fitz offers wedding and event planning, coordination, and design services ranging from Wedding Day Management to Full Planning, as well as Power Planning Calls, event design & styling, stationery support, and set-up/tear-down coordination.
All services are led by a WPIC-certified Wedding Coordinator with formal training in Wedding & Event Design & Styling, ensuring your event is both thoughtfully planned and beautifully executed.
Wedding Day Management is ideal for couples who have planned most of their wedding but want a professional to step in during the final weeks to manage logistics, timelines, vendors, and execution so they can fully enjoy their day.
Full Planning is a start-to-finish experience that includes vision development, budgeting guidance, vendor sourcing, design direction, and seamless execution. With professional certification through the Wedding Planners Institute of Canada (WPIC), you’ll have an experienced planner overseeing every detail.
Yes, and we love them. Restaurant weddings, bold colour palettes, unconventional timelines, blended or non-religious ceremonies, and meaningful personal rituals are very much welcome.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies, Truly Fitz brings thoughtful awareness to ceremony structure and symbolism, making it especially well-suited for couples blending traditions or creating something that feels intentional without being overly prescriptive.

Yes. While Truly Fitz is based in Edmonton, we plan weddings and events across Alberta and Western Canada, and are open to travel-based celebrations upon request.
For out-of-town clients, we offer virtual planning support, thoughtful vendor recommendations, and clear communication to ensure the process feels just as seamless as planning locally.
The ideal time to book depends on the level of support you’re looking for. Full Planning couples often book 12–18 months in advance, while Wedding Day Management typically books 6–9 months out.
