With Truly Fitz, your Wedding Management experience officially begins 12 weeks before your wedding day. Once your deposit is paid and your date is secured, I step into your planning world and start handling vendor communication.
This is when your inbox starts breathing again.
You get unlimited email access and two pre-scheduled calls/meetings to ensure everything is aligned. If you need more, I offer add-ons — because some weddings (and some couples lol) need a little extra love.
The Deep Dive: Reviewing Every Inch of Your Wedding
Before I can run your day flawlessly, I need to understand everything you’ve created. So I go through all your existing documents, including your floor plan, vendor contracts, rental orders, invoices, ceremony scripts, photography shot list, décor plan, venue policies, alcohol rules… the whole thing.
This is where your DIY planning becomes a professionally organized, fully coordinated event.
Creating the Master Plan (The Timeline That Saves Lives)
Once I know your entire wedding by heart, I create the documents that become the blueprint of your day. This includes:
An extensive, minute-by-minute master timeline
Your complete vendor contact list
Your ceremony processional order
A hair + makeup schedule that actually makes sense
Your layout + floor plan
A full décor placement plan
An emergency/weather plan
A room flip plan if your venue requires it
These documents get shared with every vendor so we’re all on the same page — and no one is guessing.

Vendor Management: Where the Real Magic Happens
About 12 weeks before your Edmonton wedding, I reach out to all your vendors: florists, DJs, photographers, venues, makeup artists, rental companies, officiants — everyone.
I confirm arrival times, load-in details, power needs, meal requirements, ceremony cues, layout specifics, and anything else that could affect your day. And yes — if something is off, unclear, or concerning, I catch it early.
You don’t see the troubleshooting, the long email chains, the vendor miscommunications, the timeline gaps, or the last-minute changes. But I promise you — they’re there. And they get fixed before you ever know about them.
The Weeks Leading Up: Final Details, Last-Minute Questions & Micro-Adjustments
The final weeks before your wedding are where most couples start spiraling. This is exactly where having a planner feels like a warm hug.
I confirm everything again. I adjust your timeline. I handle vendor questions. I keep track of weather changes. I help with guest issues, décor decisions, seating changes, and any detail that suddenly becomes urgent at 11 PM.
By the time wedding week arrives, nothing is forgotten, unclear, or unaccounted for.
Décor Styling: Bringing Your Vision to Life
On the wedding day, I handle all styling of your décor — the aesthetic moments that make your wedding feel intentional, edited, and elevated. This includes steaming linens, placing signage, laying out place cards, styling table settings, following your décor map, lighting candles, and making sure every detail looks cohesive.
The only things I don’t do? Ladders, scaffolding, or heavy lifting — but this can be added through a Set Up & Tear Down Package if needed.
Your décor deserves to look elevated, not like a rushed DIY project — and styling is one of my favorite parts of the day.

Ceremony Coordination: The Most Precise Part of Your Day
The ceremony is where timing matters most. I handle:
Cueing the entire processional
Organizing family + wedding party
Pinning boutonnieres
Checking sound/mic levels
Coordinating music with your DJ
Managing the signing table
Guiding guests where to sit
You get to enjoy the emotions — I handle the logistics.
Vendor Support & Emergency Fixes
On wedding day, I’m the point of contact for every vendor. I direct load-ins, manage timing, solve problems, communicate with the venue, and make decisions quickly so nothing escalates. And yes — I handle every random crisis you can imagine: late guests, broken decor, timeline delays, wardrobe issues, missing rentals, boutonniere disasters, spills, weather changes, and about a hundred small things that happen at every wedding. And the best part? You’ll never know any of it happened.
Reception Flow: Keeping Everything Smooth & Stress-Free
While you’re enjoying speeches, dinner, or dancing, I’m managing the timing and transitions behind the scenes. I coordinate with the kitchen to pace dinner, cue the MC, guide speeches, organize the first dance, manage cake cutting, and ensure your night feels natural and smooth — not chaotic. You shouldn’t have to think, “What’s happening next?” That’s my job.
Family Photos & Wedding Party Support
I gather family members, assist the photographer, help keep things moving, and make sure the wedding party knows where to be at all times. If someone needs help with attire, timing, transportation, or nerves — I’m there.

The Truly Fitz Emergency Kit
My emergency kit is a full personality on its own. It includes deodorant, tape, pins, stain remover, a steamer, a portable shop vac (yes), carpet cleaner, a screwdriver, zip ties, eye drops, makeup touch-ups — and truly everything imaginable. If something goes wrong? The solution is already in my bag.
End of the Night: Packing Up & Protecting What Matters
At the end of your wedding, I carefully pack up all personal items: gifts, cards, signage, décor, florals, guestbook, and anything you brought from home. If you want full teardown, that’s an optional add-on — but I always ensure your keepsakes make it safely into the right hands.
After the Wedding
I check in with you, gather feedback, and make sure your transition out of wedding mode feels supported. Your experience matters just as much as the logistics.
Signature Truly Fitz Touches (The Things Gen Z Couples LOVE)
Here’s where I go above and beyond: I check on you the morning of. I bring snacks for the wedding party. I help with attire emergencies. I keep everyone hydrated and calm. I’m the quiet presence who’s always nearby, always prepared, always anticipating the next step. Because your wedding day doesn’t get a redo — and you deserve someone who treats it that way.
