Jacob & Kaitlyn’s Intimate Winter Wedding | Edmonton Wedding Day Management

Jacob and Kaitlyn celebrated their wedding at the groom’s family home on Edmonton’s first snowfall of the season, creating a naturally beautiful winter backdrop for their celebration. Their palette of crisp white and soft green paired beautifully with the fresh snow, giving both their ceremony and reception an elegant, timeless feel.
Their ceremony featured a greenery-adorned altar and an intimate gathering of about fifty guests, while their reception welcomed one hundred loved ones for an evening that felt warm, inviting, and full of joy. As their Edmonton wedding coordinator, I provided full Wedding Day Management — overseeing vendor communication, timeline execution, set-up, and end-of-night tear-down to ensure every detail came together seamlessly. Their first dances were a standout moment and the perfect reflection of the love shared throughout the day.
